with gusts up to 50 knots. The largest significant waves will
be 21 feet with a potential maximum wave height of 30 feet.

* WHERE...Portions of Lake Huron.

* WHEN...The maximum winds are expected around 7 PM EST Monday
with the largest waves expected around 9 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Storm force winds and hazardous waves will capsize
or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind direction will veer from SW Monday
morning to NW by Monday afternoon.

Mariners should remain in port, alter course, and/or secure the

* WHERE...A portion of Northern Lower Michigan.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to 7 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions will impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.
Gusty winds could bring down tree branches and produce local power
outages.

...Patchy freezing drizzle continues...

Patchy freezing drizzle will continue for the next few hours,
especially across interior northern lower Michigan. While any
additional ice accumulations will remain minimal, secondary and
untreated road surfaces will remain ice-covered and slippery.
Motorists are urged to use caution when traveling this afternoon.
Temperatures are expected to continue to slowly rise above
freezing by later this afternoon.
